Portraits
How does portraiture differ from headshots?
Headshots are a specific subset of portraiture meant to convey a professional look for performers, businesses, and more. Portraits show a similar truth, but they may aim for a broader element than showing you as you are. They may evoke a mood or an aspect of an individual. They may be avante-garde. They may highlight the character a performer is playing rather than the performer themselves.
Iām excited to discuss what concept you might have in your portrait and how to achieve them.
